You may be familiar with the menu of 33 Liberating Structures on the website & in the app, but did you know there are more structures being developed and “field tested” by facilitators around the world that you can try out? These “in development” or “nascent” structures offer us a chance to refresh our toolbox while aligning with familiar principles for engaging groups. Many of us are searching for new ideas to keep us going with virtual facilitation. Let’s get together and help each other reinvigorate what we’re doing, have fun, and explore new techniques.
In this next level workshop, you’ll experience Liberating Structures you might not have experienced before and have a chance to talk with your peers about how to integrate them into your work. You’ll be introduced to a selection of the most promising new structures, and get creative in discussing how to adapt them to your context. You’ll leave this session having added a new set of inspiring processes to your virtual facilitation toolkit.
This session would be ideal for people who are already somewhat familiar with Liberating Structures and want to keep invigorating their practice.
