Liberating Structures are a collection of 33+ powerful activities that can be used wherever you facilitate: classrooms, meetings, planning sessions, team days, workshops, presentations, etc. They are seriously fun, purpose-driven methods to unleash and include everyone to work together toward productive endpoints. Whether you just want your meetings to be a bit more lively and inclusive, or you want to help change the world, consider adding Liberating Structures to your facilitation repertoire!
Tracy is a facilitator, graphic recorder, and lifelong doodler with nearly 20 years of experience in adult and higher education, learning design, educational technology, faculty development and managing teams, processes, and change. She has a passion for helping and seeing others succeed, and believes most things turn out better when approached with energy, attention to detail, and a big scoop of humour. Tracy has been facilitating with Liberating Structures for about 5 years. Her learning journey began with intensive training with Liberating Structures founder Keith McCandless. From there, she has enjoyed collaborating with Keith, Nancy White, and others at the forefront of Liberating Structures practice. Tracy recently attended and presented at the first Liberating Structures Global Gathering in Seattle and is looking forward to continuing to share her excitement and learning about Liberating Structures with the BC post-secondary community.
